Contents and workload
The course is relatively straightforward but requires attendance on 3 hour lectures and maturity to read research articles which is why this is not a 1/5 course. This can be considered very beneficial for a more theoretical master’s thesis or a career in academia.
Contents change annually. Weeks often consist of reading research articles in class and discussing them together with the other students. Previous years have included making presentations (conference posters and lecture-style presentations) during the course.
